Charges, Payment Terms, Additional Works, Cancellations

Bee Handy Professional Labour Charges 

• $80 per hour - calculated in 15 minute intervals, so no waste. 

• A one-time service call-out fee of $80.

• Materials (where applicable) are additional.

• A tax invoice will be emailed to you on completion of works. 

• Insured, police checked, trained, qualified, friendly and on time.

      - Prices exclude GST

Trade works covered

Home, apartment and office - Repairs, maintenance, renovations, carpentry, doors, locks, painting, finishing, plastering, decking, skirting, architraves, fine finishing, cabinetry, craftsmanship.

Materials charges

​

Approval of an estimate or quotation that includes a materials provision assumes agreeing to the materials charges.

In these instances, Hive Pacific has factored the materials acquisition time and material costs into the estimate or quotations. Should you purchase your own materials to be used as part of a Hive Pacific quotation after you approve the quotation without notifying Hive Pacific prior to commencement of works, our quoted price including the materials charges will be payable.

Cancellations

A cancellation fee of $95 may apply if 48 hours notice is not given in writing via email to: info@hiveinc.com.au. Notice is required if you are not able to be present (or have a suitable contact person present or access available) for the mutually agreed and pre-set scheduled time for Hive Pacific to commence works.  

Parking

​

Hive Pacific will always seek to park for free however if we need to pay to do a job, these parking costs will be directly passed on to the client and will form part of the invoice for the works, listed as a separate item. Parking charges only include meter or street machine parking or parking houses such as Wilson Parking, Secure Parking etc.  

Payment Terms

Hive Pacific services a broad scope of real estate, residential, and commercial cliental therefore payment terms may vary. Minimum terms are 2 days from invoice date. 

Hive Pacific will send payment reminders accordingly to clients in the lead up to the due date.  Failure to pay by the due date may attract a $95 overdue fee, which will be added onto the invoice total.

We welcome debit and credit card payments and accept EFT transfers.

Additional Works

Additional or extra works completed outside quoted items will be charged at Bee Handy standard hourly rates below:

• $80 per hour - calculated in 15 minute intervals, exclusive of GST.

• This rate is for one (1) handyman only and excludes materials, tip fees and parking charges.
